A. General Terms & Conditions

1. Program Details

We Love Summer 2026 is a 10-day summer camp hosted at Ambience Malls, tentatively scheduled from 29th May to 7th June 2026. The schedule, activities, and inclusions are subject to change at the organizer's discretion.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

• The camp is open to children within the specified age group (5 to 12 yrs).
• Parents/guardians must ensure that the participant meets the age criteria at the time of registration.
• The organizer reserves the right to verify the participant's age through a valid government-issued document (such as Aadhaar card, passport, or school ID, if applicable).
• In case of any discrepancy or if the participant is found to be outside the eligible age group, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration without any refund.

3. Registration & Participation

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if required.

4. Inclusions

The camp fee includes:

• Participation in all scheduled activities
• Camp kit (T-shirt, bag, water bottle)
• Meals (lunch and evening snacks)
• Access to experiences such as movie screening, ice skating, arcade & VR games
• Graduation certificate and goodie bag

5. Safety & Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain discipline and follow instructions provided by the organizers and trainers.
• Any misconduct may result in removal from the camp without refund.
• While all reasonable safety measures will be taken, participation in activities is at the individual's own risk.

6. Medical & Emergency

• Parents/guardians are required to disclose any existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or ongoing medications at the time of registration.
• In case of emergency, the organizer reserves the right to seek medical assistance.
• The organizers shall not be held responsible for any medical issues arising due to non-disclosure of such information.

7. Liability

• Ambience Mall and associated partners shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising during participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.

8. Media & Consent

• The organizer reserves the right to capture photographs/videos during the camp and use them for marketing, promotions, and social media.
• Participation implies consent for the same unless otherwise specified in writing.

9. Program Changes

• Activities, partners, or experiences (movie, ice skating, etc.) may be modified due to operational or external factors.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

• Once registered, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds will be issued for partial attendance, absenteeism, or early withdrawal.

11. Rescheduling / Force Majeure

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to government regulations, natural events, or operational constraints), the event may be rescheduled.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases; however, the participation may be adjusted to revised dates or offered as a credit (if applicable).

B. Parent Engagement Activities

• Weekend workshops for parents are subject to prior registration/invite and availability.
• These sessions are complimentary/curated add-ons and may be modified or limited based on capacity.

C. Final Rights

• The organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions made by the organizer will be final and binding.
